- 2 clv garlic
- 1 egg
- 170 gr smoked ham (cooked)
- 160 ml milk
- 110 gr swiss (shredded)
- 60 ml sour cream
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 3 gr smipped parsley
- 1 gr salt
FROM THE KITCHEN OF: Gary & Margie Hartford [Eugene, Oregon] Heat oven to 180ºC . Grease retangular pan 13x9 inches. Mix all ingredients; spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, 25 ot 30 minutes. Cut into rectangles, about 2x 4 cm. 36 appetizers. NOTE: High altitude directions (3500 to 3590ºC t), Heat oven to 375,and decrease baking mix to 1.75 cups add quarter cup all purpose flour.
