Ingredients
- 8 sweet potatoes
- 3 chunks
- 2 hearts of palm
- 2 lentils (dried)
- 500 gr pineapple chunks
- 700 ml vegetable stock
- 325 gr tempeh
- 120 ml honey
- 160 ml prepared spicy mustard
- 150 gr banana
- 120 ml cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 250 deg. Combine all ingredients in a large roasting pan or casserole dish. Place in oven and bake, covered, for 2 hours. Stir occasionally and serve hot.
