Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 potato
- 1 green pepper
- 3,300 ml water
- 900 gr stew beef
- 300 gr celery
- 240 ml ketchup
- 260 gr lima beans
- 230 gr corn
- 200 gr green peas
- 140 gr green beans
- 100 gr split peas
- 32 gr spinach
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 gr parsley
- 6 slices carrots
- 2 slices onions
In large kettle, cover beef with water and add chopped onion, salt, thyme. Bring to boil. Skim fat from surface. Add split peas, cover and simmer over low heat, 3-4 hours. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
