Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 900 gr beef stew meat in (cut)
- 700 ml water
- 325 gr green beans (frozen)
- 300 gr cubed potatoes (peeled)
- 260 gr carrots (sliced)
- 240 gr peas (frozen)
- 190 gr tomato paste
- 180 gr kernel corn (frozen)
- 40 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 30 ml cooking oil
- 6 gr salt (optional)
- 6 gr pepper
- 5 gr garlic powder
- 2 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr marjoram (ground)
- 1 gr basil (dried)
- 1 gr rosemary (crushed)
Brown meat in oil in a Dutch oven. Add water, onion, seasonings and tomato paste. Cover and simmer for 1.5 hours or utnil meat is tender. Stir in potatoes, carrots and green pepper; simmer 30 minutes. Add additional water if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
