Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 220 gr packed brown sugar
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 210 gr raisins
- 100 gr nuts (chopped)
- 60 gr coffee (cold)
- 55 gr margarine
- 50 gr shortening
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
Recipe by: Betty Crocker Heat oven to 375 degreesF. Mix brown sugar, margarine, shortening, coffee, egg, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 5 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. About 4 dozen cookies. ----
