Ingredients
- 180 ml ketchup
- 120 ml beef stock
- 60 gr onion
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 30 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 28 gr butter
- 7 ml dry mustard
- 4 gr black peppercorns
or black pepper (7mL) In saucepan, cook onion in butter until softened. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. Makes 1.5 cups (375mL)
