Ingredients
- 2 snapper fillets (red)
- 16 ml dijon mustard
- 10 ml honey
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr curry powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr paprika
Mix together mustard, honey, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Place fish fillets in a 23 cm square baking dish which has been coated with cooking spray. Pour mustard sauce over the top. Bake at 180ÂșC or 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Uncover and broil for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley; serve immediately. Serves 2 at 190 calories per serving.
