Ingredients
- 350 fahrenhei in bowl
- 300 ml water (hot)
- 250 gr granulated sugar
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr packed brown sugar (light)
- 75 gr butter
- 38 gr hersheys cocoa
- 16 gr cocoa
- 9 gr baking powder
- 7 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour batter into ungreased 8-or 23 cm square baking pan. Stir together remaining half cup granulated sugar, brown sugar and remaining 4 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Pour hot water over top; do not stir. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 15 minutes; spoon into dessert dishes, spooning sauce from bottom of pan over top. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
