Ingredients
- 300 ml water (hot)
- 250 gr sugar
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr brown sugar packed (light)
- 75 gr butter
- 12 gr hershey cocoa
- 9 gr baking powder
- 7 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium mixing bowl, combine 0.75 cup sugar, flour, 3 tablespoon cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, melted butter and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour batter into square pan, 8 x 8 x 5 cm or 9 x 9 x 5 cm. In small bowl, combine remaining half cup sugar, brown sugar and remaining 4 tablespoon cocoa; sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Pour hot water over top; do not stir. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 15 minutes; spoon into dessert dishes, spooning sauce from bottom of pan over top. Garnish as desired.
