Ingredients
- 4 garlic (crushed cloves)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1 turkey
- 1 sweet green pepper
- 400 ml tomato sauce
- 270 gr chicken (ground)
- 120 ml wine (white)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 2 gr leaf sage
- 1 gr leaf basil (dried)
Add remaining ingredients. Saute for 2 minutes. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often. Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 5 min.
