Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 1 lemon
- 240 ml chick peas juice (canned)
- 30 ml olive oil
- 12 gr sesame seeds (white)
- 5 ml dark sesame oil
- 1 gr parsley (fresh)
- 1 gr salt
In the container of a food processor or blender, place the garlic cloves, sesame seeds, and 2 Tablespoon. olive oil. Process until smooth. Add the chick-peas, lemon juice, parsley, and salt. Process once more. Slowly add the remaining 4 Tablespoon. olive oil and the sesame oil. Makes about 2 cups.
