Ingredients
- 1 green pepper
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 120 ml water
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 60 gr choped onion
- 60 gr long rice (uncooked grain)
- 10 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package stewed tomatoes
In a skillet, brown beef, drain. Transfer to a greased 2 litre casserole. Add the next 8-ingredients. Cover and bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour or until rice is tender. Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese; return to the oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
