Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 pepper
- 1 salt
- 525 gr tomatoes (canned)
- 525 gr italian sausage
- 150 gr tomatoe paste
- 120 ml water
- 80 ml wine
- 16 gr onion
- 12 gr oregano
- 8 gr parmesan
- 7 gr rosemary
- 6 gr thyme
- 5 gr sugar
- 4 gr basil
- 2 gr parsley
Pierce sausage link with fork. Place in baking pan with half cup water and broil, turning once, until browned. Reserve pan drippings. Mash or cut tomatoes and add remaining ingredients. Mix in sausage links and pan drippings. Simmer 4-6 hours or until mixture reaches desired consistency. Remove bay leaves before serving. Freezes well.
