Ingredients
- 6 lentils (red)
- 2 onions (peeled)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 142,000 ml water
- 70 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
- 10 ml sunflower oil
- 3 gr vegetable extrac
- 3 gr mixed herbs (dried)
Put the lentils, cheese, vegetable extract and mixed herbs into a bowl. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and gently fry the onions and garlic. Mix with the lentils and spoon into a large lightly greased oven proof dish. Add the water and cover the dish with foil. Cook in the oven at 180 c 180ºC , gas mark -20ºC or one and a half hours.
