- 4 blueberries
- 475 ml milk
- 300 gr strawberries
- 230 gr prepared whipped topping
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 28 gr butter
- 26 gr powered sugar
- 1 package lemon pudding
-fruit) DIRECTIONS Combine the first two ingredients and press into a 23 cm pie pan. Prepare pudding with milk according to package directions. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Add pudding to cream cheese mixture; fold whipped topping into pudding mixture. Layer mixture and fresh fruit into prepared "cookie" pastry shell. Garnish with fresh fruit. Chill until serving.
