- 350 ml catsup
- 120 ml vinegar (white)
- 4 gr sugar
- 2 gr coriander (ground)
- 1 gr cumin seed (ground)
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
Shelled and deveined Bamboo skewers soaked in Water for 30 minutes Combine all ingredients excep shrimp in a small saucepan; simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently; thread shrimp, interlapping, on skewers; grill 4 to 15 cm from hot glowing coals, 3 to 5 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with lemon mixture; DO NOT OVERCOOK! Makes 6 to 8 servings.
