Ingredients
- 1 lentils
- 700 ml water
- 260 gr carrots (sliced)
- 60 gr rice
- 16 ml olive oil
- 3 gr garlic
- 1 gr basil (dried)
- 1 package vegetable broth
Wash and pick over lentils. Place in a large saucepan with rice and carrots. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until rice is done, 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
