Ingredients
- 1 lentils
- 1 onion
- 475 ml water
- 240 gr breadcrumbs
- 140 gr nuts
- 85 gr mushrooms
- 30 ml oil
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 8 gr mixed herbs
Cook lentils in water till soft ( half hour). Saute onions & mushrooms in oil till soft. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place in a greased baking pan & bake at 180ÂșC for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Toronto Vegetarian Association
