Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes seeded (plum)
- 1 linguini (cooked)
- 525 gr baby lima beans
- 350 ml vegetable stock
- 45 ml grainy mustard
- 3 slices scallion thinly (sliced)
Simmer limas, scallions and mustard in vegetable broth about 7 minutes while pasta is cooking. Add tomatoes and remove from heat. Toss cooked pasta in sauce.
