Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
- 700 gr beef (lean ground)
- 120 gr ricotta cheese
- 120 ml tomato sauce
- 75 gr corn flake crumbs
- 60 ml evaporated milk
- 40 gr parmesan cheese
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 2 gr oregano
- 1 gr basil (dried)
Blend all but quarter cup of parmesan cheese, quarter cup of the tomato sauce and oregano, basil, and ricotta. Blend ricotta, oregano and basil. Place one third of the meat mixture in an oiled baking dish. Spread with half of the ricotta mixture. Repeat ending with meat.Top with remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45-60 minutes or till done.
