- 300 ml water
- 220 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 220 gr flour (white)
- 140 gr cranberries (whole)
- 55 gr buttermilk powder
- 55 gr brown sugar (light)
- 50 gr sugar
- 45 gr butter
- 16 gr dry yeast
- 10 gr pure maple syrup
- 3 gr dry lemon peel
- 3 gr dry orange peel
- 1 gr salt
Chop cranberries. Drizzle with Maple syrup and stir together. Place ingred. In bread machine according to manufacturers instructions. Adjust water or flour as needed. Cook on White Bread Cycle. Raised up to vent. Delicious fruit flavor. Definite DO AGAIN!
