Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 prune puree
- 300 gr sugar
- 190 gr cake flour
- 120 ml yogurt
- 85 gr cocoa powder
- 60 ml canola oil
- 2 gr baking soda
- 2 gr coffee
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together sugar, prune puree, yogurt, oil and egg whites. In a separate bowl stir together flour, cocoa, salt, soda and coffee. Blend the dry ingredients into the wet ones. Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto the baking sheets. Bake dozen to 14 minutes.
