Ingredients
- 2 bran (raw)
- 1 banana
- 1 nbsp
- 1/4 cinammon
- 170 gr raisins
- 160 gr flour
- 120 gr soy
- 60 ml molasses
- 80 gr raspberry preserves
- 60 ml applesauce
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 14 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Add to dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased muffin tins, bake at 200ºC for 20 minutes.
Notes: original called for quarter cup brown sugar. With the raspberry preserves, an 0.125 of a cup is plenty. You could also substitute raspberry with any other flavor of jam/preserve.
