Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 230 gr peanut butter
- 190 gr flour
- 150 gr confectioners sugar
- 110 gr softened margarine
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr sugar
- 45 gr cocoa
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking soda
In small bowl combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. In large bowl beat sugar, brown sugar, margarine and quarter cup peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add v anilla and egg. Beat well. Stir in flour mixture and set aside.
In small bowl combine filling ingredients. Roll filling into 30 (1 inch) ball s. Shape about 1 tablespoon cookie dough around each peanut butter ball. Cove ring completely.
Place 5 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheet. If desired flatten with botto m of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 190ºC or 7-9 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Makes 30 cookies.
