Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 240 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 120 ml malt vinegar
- 3 gr tarragon
- 2 gr dillweed
- 1 ml dijon mustard
Salt & pepper Combine all ingredients in a salad bottle. Shake well. If keeping in the fridge, remember to warm up to room temperature about an hour before serving.
