Ingredients
- 110 gr butter
- 100 gr confectioners sugar
- 95 gr flour
- 45 gr cornstarch
- 1 gr almond extract
- 1 gr vanilla
Confectioner's sugar Preheat oven to 160ºC Spray cookie sheet with PAM. In large bowl, cream butter. Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in flour and cornstarch until blended well. Mix in almond and vanilla extracts. Form dough into 3 cm balls. Place 3 cm apart on sheets. Bake at 160ºC for 15 minutes or until cookie is firm to the touch, they should not brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.While still warm, dust cookies with confectioner's sugar. Makes 3 dozen. ----
