Ingredients
- 4 idaho potatoes (peeled)
- 3 ham hocks smoked
- 3,800 ml saucepan o ver high hea heat to boiling
- 2,800 ml water
- 900 ml mustard greens
- 350 gr green cabbage
- 8 gr salt
- 4 gr sugar
- 3 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 gr thyme leaves
3. Stir in the chopped greens, salt, pepper, sugar, and thyme. Cook 30 minutes. Add the cabbage and potatoes and cook until all vegetables are tender, about 3 0 minutes. Check the seasonings and serve hot.
