- 210 gr graham cracker crumbs
- 170 gr butter
- 100 gr vanilla pudding
- 100 gr butter
- 65 gr sugar
- 60 gr chocolate
- 50 gr remaining butter
- 28 gr cocoa
- 1 gr peppermint extract
graham cracker layer. Melt chocolate with remaining 1 Tablespoon butter, then pour over second layer. Let sit for a few minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting. Makes: 3 dozen squares
