Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 130 gr am oat flour
- 85 gr raisins
- 80 ml buttermilk
- 30 ml honey (raw)
- 16 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
- 5 gr non-alum baking powder
- 1 gr sea salt
-ORegg replacer Stir together dry ingredients. Mix liquids and fruit or nuts together and add to dry mixture, stirring lightly. Fill 6 oiled muffin tins half full and bake 15 minutes at 220ÂșC .
