Ingredients
- 1/2 lard
- 300 gr rolled oats
- 250 gr sifted all-purpose flour
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr sour
- 5 ml soda
Combine sugar, oats and flour. Cut in butter and lard as in making pastry. Lastly add the soda dissolved in the sour milk. Work together till it forms a dough. Then form into a large roll and chill at least overnight. Slice very thin for a crisp cookie and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 190ÂșC
