Ingredients
- 1/4 sheep
- 950 ml watercress
- 120 gr wild onions
- 80 ml cider vinegar
- 80 ml sunflower seed oil
- 60 gr maple syrup
- 26 gr dandelion leaves
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
Toss together the salad ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients & mix well. Toss the salad in the dressing & serve.
