- 9 pie bring first group of ingredients in kettle to a (boil)
- 1 tvp granules

- 1 double crust
- 400 gr tart apples
- 240 ml water (hot)
- 170 gr raisins
- 120 gr apple cider
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr nutmeg
- 2 gr mace
- 1 gr allspice
crust, seal edges by crimping together, slash top in 6 places. Brush a little soy milk onto the crust. Bake at 190ÂșC about 1 hour until nicely browned. If pie begins to brown too soon, lay a piece of foil lightly over the top.
