- 325 gr all purpose flour
- 190 gr cake
- 190 gr cornmeal
- 180 ml milk
- 130 gr granulated sugar
- 120 ml water
- 95 gr shortening
- 55 gr baking powder
- 6 gr salt
greased baking sheets and bake in a 375 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Makes 2 dozen biscuits.
