Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion
- 475 ml water
- 350 gr asparagus
- 120 gr brown rice
- 80 gr mushrooms
- 30 gr cashews
- 28 gr mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 3 gr black pepper
- 1 gr marjoram
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook the rice, then mix with everything else except the cheese. Pour into a greased 20 cm by 20 cm baking pan, and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes.
