Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 110 gr peanut butter
- 110 gr margarine
- 110 gr packed brown sugar
- 100 gr sugar
- 32 gr flour
- 3 gr baking soda
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Stir together flour, soda, and salt. In a mixer bowlbeat butter for 30 seconds. Add peanut butter andsugars; beat till fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beatwell. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture; beattill well combined. Shape dough into 3 cm balls;roll in granulated sugar, if desired. Place 2 inchesapart on an ungreased cookie sheet; crisscross withthe tines of a fork. Bake at 190ÂșC or 9-10 minutes .
Cool about 1 minute before removing to a wire rack.
Makes 48. For an alternative, do not crisscross witha fork. Simply cook as directed. Upon removingcookies from the oven, place a chocolate candy Kiss inthe center of each cookie, unwrappped of course.
Press slightly and cool completely. You can wrapcookie dough into a 3 cm ball around a candy kissand cook as directed. This gives you a cookie with achocolate center. This is also another greatalternative.
