Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 475 gr old fashioned oats
- 190 gr flour
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr peanut butter
- 100 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Heat oven to 190ºC . Beat butters and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes for a chewy cookie, 10-11 minutes for a crisp cookie. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, remove to wire rack, cool, store tightly covered.
Makes 4- half dozen cookies.
