- 16 gr parmesan cheese
- 3 gr parsley (fresh)
- 3 gr garlic
- 2 gr lemon rind
- 2 slices bread (sliced whole grain)
- some parmesan parsley
cheese and freshly chopped parsley. Lean turkey can be substituted for the chicken.
