Ingredients
- 260 gr pork (ground)
- 250 gr sharp cheese
- 60 gr onion
- 30 ml oil
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package tomato sauce
- 1 package tomato paste
- 1 package mushrooms with juice
- 1 package elbow macaroni
- some garlic
Cook pork, onion, and garlic in hot oil until onion is golden. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and seasonings and simmer 15 minutes. Alternate layers of macaroni, cheese and meat in greased 2 litre casserole. Sprinkle top with cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Randy Rigg
