Ingredients

- 1 paprika
- 900 gr potatoes thinly (sliced)
- 45 gr butter
- 24 gr all purpose flour
- 30 ml cooking oil
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package chicken broth
- 1 slice onion (sliced)
- some salt and pepper
Cover and bake at 180ºC for 1 hour; uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. If desired, sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
