Ingredients
- 4 leeks
 - 3 potatoes
 - 2 stalks celery
 - 2 onion
 - 1 salt pepper
 - 1,400 ml water
 - 350 ml cream
 - 80 gr butter
 
In large pot combine butter, leeks, celery and onion. Saute for about 8 minutes. Add potatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. During the last 5 minutes of cooking add cream and seasoning. Serve hot.
