Ingredients
- 120 ml honey
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 130 gr flour
- 120 ml milk
- 30 ml oil
- 22 gr unsweetened cocoa
- 12 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Sift the first four ingredients together. Mix the next four ingredients together. Combine the two and place in a 9 x 9 x 5 cm baking pan. Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top. Pour 1.75 cups hot water over the top of the pan, do not stir. Bake at 1840ºC or 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Recipe By : The Pennsylvania State Beekeepers Association
