Ingredients
- 750 ml evaporated skimmed milk
- 475 gr pumpkin
- 170 gr corn syrup (light)
- 16 ml molasses
- 3 gr pumpkin pie spice
- 1 gr salt
Place all the ingredients in a 2.5 to 3 litre mixer bowl. Beat until well blended. Refrigerate for several hours and stir before serving. Sprinkle with nutmeg for a garnish.
