Ingredients
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 pie shell
- 1/4 thinly genoa salami (sliced)
- 110 gr cheddar (grated)
- 30 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 5 gr oregano
- 1 ml dijon mustard
- 1 slice tomato thinly (sliced)
- 1 slice green pepper in (cut thin)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, onion and che ese. Spread in bottom of shell. Arrange tomatoes, pepper slices and optional sa lami on top and sprinkle with oregano.
