Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 170 gr raisins
- 95 gr all purpose flour
- 95 gr wheat germ (toasted)
- 60 ml honey
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 55 gr margarine
- 50 gr sugar
- 2 gr baking powder
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr cinnamon
Combine flour, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir in margarine, honey, egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Press mixture firmly into a greased 20 cm square pan. Bake at 180ÂșC for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 10 bars.
