Ingredients
- 7 eggs
- 1 bottled food coloring (red)
- 1/2 confectioners sugar
- 1/2 butter
- 600 gr sugar
- 375 gr unsifted flour
- 180 ml milk
- 140 gr shortening
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 110 gr butter
- 45 gr cocoa
- 14 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
CAKE-Cream sugar, shortening, vanilla, food coloring and eggs. Add dry ingredients and milk. Bake in large and floured tube pan for 1- half hours at 140ºC Turn out of pan to cool. ICING-Cream together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and butter.
