Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 pie crust
- 3/4 sauerkraut (drained)
- 250 gr swiss cheese (grated)
- 240 ml cream (light)
- 230 gr corned beef (shredded)
- 2 gr onion (grated)
- 2 ml dry mustard
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prick crust and bake for 7 minutes. Fill pie shell with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour in to pie shell. Bake 40 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Rec ipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
