Ingredients
- 3 bisquick
- 2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 flavor extender
- 425 gr hamburger
- 120 gr cottage cheese
- 80 ml cream
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix bisquick with cream with hands, knead gently 10 times. Roll dough to fit 23 cm pie plate.
Saute beef and onion in frypan, add next four ingredients mix well & put in pie plate. Beat eggs slightly and blend in cottage cheese. Pour over meat, sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 minutes.
