Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr sugar
- 200 gr chocolate (white)
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr semisweet chocolate
- 110 gr macadamia nuts
- 95 gr sifted flour
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
(coarsely chopped) PREHEAT OVEN TO 180ºC . Cream butter, sugar and salt together until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Gradually beat in flour and baking soda, then mix in chocolate and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes.
