Ingredients
- 1 1/2 rhubarb
- 1 egg
- 1 nbsp
- 325 gr flour
- 280 gr brown sugar
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 120 ml oil
- 65 gr nuts
- 65 gr sugar
- 14 gr oleo
- 9 gr vanilla
- 5 ml soda
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Beat well the sugar, oil, egg, vanilla, and buttermilk. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Combine dry ingredients and stir into rhubarb mixture. Fill muffin papers two third full. Combine topping ingredients and scatter over tops. Bake at 200ÂșC . for 20-25 mins.
