Ingredients
- 16 cans
- 3 pimientos
- 2 garlic
- 2 black beans
- 1 green pepper
- 350 gr rice
- 45 ml vinegar
- 45 ml olive oil
- 1 gr oregano
Cook rice separately, hold aside. Saute pepper and garlic in oil until softened. Add rest of ingredients except rice. Cover and simmer until heated through. Taste for seasoning. Serve over rice.
